DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  1. Have weekly meetings of progress with the design team. Led by the Project Leader. The meetings must be consistent
  2. Update the Project Plan or resources to ensure milestones met
  3. Functions during the design phase to be noted and monitored
  • Wayleaves
  • Site Surveys
  • Environmental Issues
  • Any relevant Issues
  • Approval of Drawings
  • Document Finalisation

DOCUMENTATION & PROCUREMENT

  1. Processing of documents is the responsibility of the Project Leader. The standards will be set by Naas.
  2. Bill of Quantity to be prepared by the Design Team. The purpose is not to specify.
